While actively promoting the company's environmental protection management actions within the scope of technology and economy, in order to strengthen the cooperation with relevant parties of the company in environmental protection and realize the continuous improvement of pollution prevention and environmental management behavior, the following requirements are put forward for materials, service suppliers, project contractors and other relevant parties:

1. The products provided and the raw materials, production processes and services of the products shall meet (or try to meet) the requirements of relevant laws and regulations of the state, localities and industries to ensure quality and protect the environment.

2. Pollutants (waste water, waste gas, solid waste, noise, etc.) discharged during production, activities or services shall be planned and measures shall be taken to meet national or local emission standards.

3, in the production, activities or services in the process of important environmental factors, should formulate corresponding prevention and control measures.

4. In the process of production and construction, priority should be given to the use of non-polluting production technology, production and construction equipment, advanced construction methods, etc., and production technology, production and construction equipment that has been prohibited by the state or local government shall not be used. During the construction, necessary measures shall be taken to reduce the pollution of noise, dust, waste water and hazardous waste, and the waste on the construction site shall be properly disposed.

5, should be properly kept flammable and explosive or toxic hazardous materials, take preventive measures to prevent the storage, transportation and use of the process of fire, explosion or leakage and other accidents, to avoid environmental pollution.

6. In the process of storage and transportation, it should be ensured that the transportation vehicles are in good condition, and the exhaust gas emitted by the vehicles should meet the national emission standards. During transportation, materials shall not be spilled to prevent environmental damage.

7. The project contractor shall sign the environmental protection agreement at the same time when signing the construction contract with the enterprise, and strictly perform the rights and obligations in the agreement.

8. In order to urge the environmental management behavior of the relevant parties, the company will conduct irregular inspections on the relevant parties that need to exert influence. The main contents of the inspection include:

1) Do you understand the company's policy?

2) Has it received complaints from interested parties due to environmental protection issues?

3) Whether the environmental pollution accident is punished by the superior environmental protection department?

4) Are the control measures for environmental factors in place?

For the relevant parties that do not meet the requirements, the company will put forward rectification opinions. For the units that do not meet the requirements or refuse to rectify, which may cause serious pollution accidents or units that have already had environmental pollution accidents, the company will take measures such as reducing orders, suspending contracts and changing suppliers to exert influence.

In order to protect everyone's common interests and have a better environment, we hope that the activities aimed at protecting and beautifying the environment will be supported and cooperated by all relevant parties.
