The building system is different from the traditional light steel structure assembly system, not only the factory assembly rate should reach more than 90%, but also the factory decoration rate should reach more than 90%. At present, the system has been protected by four invention patents and a number of utility model patents. We are working on the establishment and formulation of the system's Liaoning local standards. In the formulation of this standard, the system scheme should be verified by force analysis and force experiment. After the standard is completed, we will further develop the design software with Tongji University and other institutions and companies with architectural design software development. The purpose of software development is to make the house design directly automatically generate the model according to the idea, generate the characteristic parameters of the structure and the production node of the structure to form the CN code of the equipment application, so as to ensure that the equipment reads the CN code to automatically produce keel components. At the same time, the same equipment manufacturers to develop hardware, hardware is the application of information technology to achieve intelligent production equipment. For example, for the wall surface of a building, the equipment produces the main components and auxiliary components for building the building by reading the CN code, and then puts them on the automatic production line for scanning and assembly. The manipulator connects screws and welding nodes, and finally builds the house like a car. To complete the above system, it is necessary to promote the assembly building system to the whole country.
