In 2009, four of our college classmates jointly established Anshan Furuida Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. At the beginning of our business, we started from the first bicycle shed business, relying on integrity, high quality, low price, and the rapid development of our business like a snowball. In 2011, the company settled in Liaoning Tai'an Industrial Park and built and produced a steel structure production base with an annual output of 50000 tons. In 2015, the name of the company was changed to Liaoning Frida Construction Technology Co., Ltd., which defined the development orientation of science and technology companies with construction technology research and development as the main direction, and the ultimate goal was to reach the leading level of science and technology in the international construction industry. In recent years, under the pressure of economic downturn, we have promoted the competitiveness of the traditional construction industry with scientific and technological innovation, and achieved counter-trend development. Below, the development of our company over the years to the General Assembly report as follows:
First. Always adhere to the concept of innovation
Innovation is the driving force for the continuous development and upgrading of enterprises, and product innovation is the foundation of the vitality of enterprises. The company will always make every effort to promote product innovation in the first place, the product is constantly upgrading the design, to achieve product standardization. Internationalization.
At the beginning of the establishment of the company, it began to organize scientific and technological research personnel to develop and build a "steel structure bulk grain depot" with short construction period, good heat preservation effect, excellent waterproof performance and significant cost advantage ". It has obtained a national invention patent of "a steel structure grain depot and installation method", more than 20 advanced technologies with independent intellectual property rights, such as utility model and appearance design patent, and has been popularized by Northeast Design and Research Institute with grain architectural design qualification and widely used by Liaoning Grain Group, China Grain Storage, local reserves and private grain depots.
Innovative construction products have become more than 60% of our company's income source. The brand effect of the company's products has been continuously improved, and the company's business has expanded from the province to the outside of the province, and from domestic to foreign breakthroughs. Users have spread across many provinces, and the company is expected to complete the international market development before the end of the year, and has conducted in-depth docking with Russia, Indonesia and other countries.
Second. Always increase investment in research and development does not waver
Product innovation has brought real vitality to our company, so we are more confident in increasing investment in product research and development. Since its inception, the annual investment in research and development funds accounted for more than 20% of the annual net profit, and increased year by year. With the help of the state's encouraging policies on R & D expenses and taxation of high-tech enterprises, the company continues to increase its R & D efforts, upgrade traditional construction techniques, create its own product characteristics, and achieve strong corporate competitiveness. In 2016, the company was approved as a high-tech enterprise in Liaoning Province. At the end of 2016, driven by the national and provincial governments to encourage the development of prefabricated buildings, the company began to develop the project of "a light steel structure assembly and decoration integrated building", which has entered the patent application stage. The research and development results are expected to achieve industrialization in 2018 development.
Third. Always build a good research and development team does not relax
